Free resources

During the school closure in 2020, I made weekly mindfulness videos for my school's YouTube Channel, so that the pupils could continue to practice mindfulness at home. Each video includes an introduction to a weekly theme, a guided meditation and a creative activity.  

The first two videos below, are short guided meditations that can be practiced by both children and adults.
