Join me over 7 days to be introduced to the key principles of mindfulness. Each day I introduce a theme and then guide through a 10-15 minute meditation. The course is designed to be followed in a sequence but can be returned to again and again, practicing techniques to help you integrate mindfulness tools into your everyday life.
